A Ph.D. dissertation was discussed at the Faculty of Basic Education entitled (The Impact of Practice and Self-Revision Educational Curriculum on Kinetic Response Speed and Learning Some Basic Skills of Boxing).

The study which was presented by the student Muthanna Ayad Kaddouri aimed at designing a curriculum that depends on (practice and self-revision) and identifying the impact of the curriculum on learning boxing skills. The study produced a number of findings, notably: practice, self-revision, and self-control) have achieved their goals of learning basic skills as well as kinetic response speed in different proportions.

The study recommended that emphasis should be placed on the use of practice and self-revision in learning basic boxing skills, as they are appropriate methods consistent with the nature of these skills.
